E-commerce manager (m/f/d) – Customer service & fulfilment

At ekomia, we design and sell timeless furniture made from sustainable materials – combining design, functionality and environmental awareness. To make sure our customers have a positive experience from the first contact to final delivery, we’re looking for you to join our team in Customer Service & Fulfillment.
Your tasks
- Advise our customers in a friendly and competent manner via email, phone or in our showroom.
- Process orders and service requests in our inventory management system.
- Coordinate shipping orders with our two-person handling logistics partners.
- Work closely with our small, motivated team – from product development and delivery to product improvement.
- Support the maintenance of online shop content, marketplace and partner management, and supplier orders.
What you bring
- At least three years of professional experience, ideally in e-commerce, customer service or order processing – but that’s not a must.
- You’re well organized and stay calm even when several things are happening at once.
- You communicate clearly in writing and speak confidently on the phone – even in emotional situations, you keep your composure and don’t let yourself be intimidated.
- You’ve already initiated and successfully completed your own projects – whether professionally, privately or during your studies.
- You like to work independently and proactively move things forward.
- You’re comfortable with digital tools, AI and modern workflows. You enjoy working in a team, take feedback pragmatically and focus on creating the best possible customer experience.
- You speak fluent German and English; Dutch or French are a plus.
