Did you know that for health and safety reasons, the office desk should always be placed with the narrow side facing the window? If you stand at a 90-degree angle to the window, you won't be dazzled by the light.
Electrically height-adjustable desks
Since sitting is now considered the new smoking by medical professionals, you will do yourself a big favour by choosing a standing desk. If you choose an electrically height-adjustable desk, you can change your position at the touch of a button. Dynamic sitting or standing up relieves the strain on the intervertebral discs and prevents one-sided strain.
