Delivery & Payment

We send our products either as a parcel via a parcel service or with a 2-man shipping company to the point of use. You can find information about the shipping method and the delivery date for a specific product on the respective product page.

Parcel shipments

We deliver with a well-known parcel service. If you are not at home when the parcel is delivered, you will receive a notification card for pickup near you or the parcel will be left with a neighbour. You will find a tracking link in our shipping confirmation.

2-man transport to the point of use

The shipping company will make an appointment with you by phone or email before delivery. You will then be offered an appointment with a time window of 2-4 hours. It is also possible that the driver will call you one hour before arrival. The goods will be carried to the desired place of use.

Assembly

Most ekomia furniture is supplied with detailed assembly instructions. Our furniture assemblers can assemble the entire delivery at your location for 100€. You can add this service to the order process.

Old mattress dispos

When you order a new mattress, your old one can be disposed of properly for a fee of 20€. You can book this service during the ordering process.

Payment

You can pay with credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex), with Paypal, Klarna / Sofort or with bank transfer (advance payment).

When ordering with prepayment you will receive an email with the details for the bank transfer. We can only start the delivery when the amount has been credited to our account. Transfer the total amount after receiving the order confirmation to the following account:
