We ship our products either as a parcel via a parcel service or with a furniture shipping company to the point of use. Information on the shipping method and the delivery date for a specific product can be found on the respective product page.
We deliver with a well-known parcel service. If you are not at home when the parcel is delivered, you will receive a notification card for collection in your area or the parcel will be left with a neighbour. You will find a tracking link in our shipping confirmation.
The shipping company will make an appointment with you by phone or email before delivery. You will then be offered an appointment with a time window of 2-4 hours. It is also possible that you will be called by the driver one hour before arrival. The goods are carried to the desired place of use.

Most ekomia furniture is supplied for assembly. We have designed the furniture so that anyone can assemble it themselves. Detailed assembly instructions are included, which you can view in advance on our website.
