Return & Complaint

ekomia.de offers an extended return policy of 30 days without giving any reason, unless it is a custom-made product marked with the label "custom". The return shipment is free of charge for you.

Return or exchange

In the case of forwarding shipments, the forwarding agent will usually pick up the delivery again. In this case, please call us or send us an email and we will arrange the collection. The forwarding agent will make an appointment with you - just like for the delivery.

Please also inform us by telephone or e-mail about the return or exchange of parcels. We will then be happy to send you a printed shipping label. Our return address for parcels is:

Please package the product(s) in such a way that they are not damaged during transport. Please use the original packaging or something similar and check if all parts are back in the package.

We will refund you the price of the goods and any shipping costs upon receipt of the goods. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment. For example, if you paid by credit card, we will return the amount to your credit card. If you have paid by bank transfer, please let us have your account number for the return transfer.

Damaged goods

We make a strict quality control of all products leaving the production. Nevertheless, it can happen that parts that have been damaged during production or transport are delivered from time to time.

Please call or email us so that we can better assess how we can fix the problem. The assembly instructions can help you to name individual parts. If you have the opportunity to send us photos of the parts, it would help us a lot. We will then make you a suggestion as soon as possible on how we can repair the damage to your satisfaction.

Missing parts

Each package is checked for completeness by a second person before being sealed. Nevertheless, it is possible that parts may be missing from a delivery. Please excuse the inconvenience. Give us a call or send us an email with a description of the missing parts. The assembly instructions can help you to name individual parts. We will send you the spare parts as soon as possible.
