    Two-Sided Mattress

    Koje is our most affordable mattress – made with synthetic cold foam, an organic cotton cover, and Oeko-Tex certification, offering a fair compromise between sustainability and price.

    As a reversible mattress, it offers two firmness levels: firm (H3) and medium (H2). This allows you to find out at home which suits you best. Overall, Koje feels slightly firmer than our natural latex mattresses.

    Ergonomic and tested for harmful substances

    The cold foam core is Ökotex 100 certified and therefore tested for harmful substances. The high density of 50 kg/m³ ensures durability and prevents dimpling.

    The 7 symmetrical zones support the body where it needs it - firmer in the hip area, softer on the shoulders. This keeps the spine straight - in any sleeping position and on both sides.

    100 % natural

    The cover of the Twisp mattress is made entirely from natural materials that have been tested for their health compatibility.

    • Inner cover made of 100% organic cotton jersey (certified organic)
    • Quilted lining made of either 100% washable organic cotton, 400 g/m² (certified organic) or optionally 100% sheep’s wool, 500 g/m² (certified organic animal husbandry)
    • Outer cover made of 100% organic cotton twill (certified organic) with zipper

    Care
    • Rotate and, if applicable, flip the mattress every 2–3 months to avoid pressure points and help it maintain its shape for as long as possible. Air it out regularly—ideally without a duvet—so that absorbed moisture can escape. The cotton cover is removable and machine-washable at 60 °C. The sheep’s wool cover is not washable—please remove stains only locally using water and a sponge.
