The organic mattress with firm and soft side for healthy sleep
The Koje natural mattress has a cover and lining made of natural organic cotton and an Ökotex certified 7-zone cold foam core with a firm and a soft side.
Organic and healthy
Koje has a cover made of natural, unbleached organic cotton from controlled organic cultivation. The cover is quilted with 300g/m2 fluffy organic cotton, also from controlled organic cultivation. This means that no harmful substances can reach your skin while you sleep.
The core is made of high-quality cold foam, which is Ökotex 100 certified, i.e. it is subjected to extensive tests for harmful substances.
Mattress with two sides
Koje has two hardness levels: one side is firm (comparable with H3) and the other side is medium (comparable with H2).
So you can try out at home which degree of hardness suits you better.
With the cold foam core, we also made sure that it has a high density with a volume weight of 50Kg/m3. This means that it remains dimensionally stable for many years and no hollows are formed.
"With Koje we wanted to develop an affordable biomattress. Although the cold foam is produced synthetically, unlike our natural latex mattresses, together with the organic cotton cover and the Ökotex certification, the mattress is a compromise between ecology and affordable price."
Adapts to your back
The cold foam core has 7 zones of varying firmness which are symmetrically distributed - it does not matter in which direction the mattress is lying.
In short, the zones cause Koje to support in the hip area and yield more in the shoulder area so that side sleepers can lie straight.
No matter which side you lie on, with Koje your spine is in the right position.
Removable cover
Koje has an all-round zip so you can easily remove the cover.
The cover can be machine washed at 60° and dried at low temperature.
